Miss Pap currently only provides fashion for women. You will find dresses, coats, jackets, knitwear, loungewear, bodysuits, jeans, playsuits, tops, jumpers, trousers, skirts, shorts, gymwear, lingerie, nightwear, swimwear and shapewear. Miss Pap clothes are available in sizes 4-16, but are generally set out in small, medium, large and extra large. In the event that an item you are seeking is sold out, you can sign up for a stock alert and you will be informed when the item has been restocked.
Miss Pap ships worldwide and there are several options for delivery. The first is UK saver delivery which takes 2-5 working days, items are sent via Royal Mail. Lastly, UK customers can opt to have their parcel delivered to an In-Post 24/7 locker, which is a fully automated locker allowing you to collect your parcel whenever it is convenient for you. You have 14 days from the date that your parcel is delivered to return it to Miss Pap. Once your parcel has been received by Miss Pap it will take 14 days for the refunded money to go back into your account. Swimwear and lingerie must have the hygiene strip intact and Miss Pap will not accept returns for hosiery and socks. To return an item, repack it in a sealed bag, attach the returns address label and send it via your local Post Office – it is recommended to use a tracked service and you should keep hold of your receipt as this is your proof of postage. You can also return your parcel for free via DPD if that was the courier who delivered your parcel and you can return for free via an InPost locker. Miss Pap is unable to exchange items, so if you would like a different size or colour, you should follow the usual returns process and place a new order with the correct size or colour.
