Premium Credit – How do I change my bank details or address?

If you have a MyPremiumCredit account, you can change your bank details or address through your online account.

Alternatively, if you do not have an online account, you can request to change your details using the Call Connection Contact Form via the official website.

You will also need to Call Connection Contact your service provider to confirm your new address details with them.

Premium Credit – How do I change my payment date?

If you would like Premium Credit to change your payment date, please let them know your preferred payment date by completing the contact form on the official website or by giving the customer service team a ring on the helpline number listed above.

Please note that they can only defer your payment date by up to 5 calendar days, and there may be a £5 administration charge for changing the date.

Can I pay my account off in full?

If you would like to pay the full amount on your agreement you can call 0844 822 9470 and they will process the payment over the phone. There is no additional charge for paying the Credit Agreement off in full. Please note that Premium Credit are unable to take a card payment within 3 working days of a scheduled Direct Debit.
