Do I have to pay in full?
You can either pay a deposit or make the full payment at the time of your booking. If you choose to only pay a deposit then you will be liable to pay the remaining full balance by the due date notified to you. If the full payment is not received by the balance due date, they will notify the travel provider and you will then be liable for any cancellation fees as set out in this agreement.
Occasionally, accommodation bookings and holiday flight bookings can be secured with a super low deposit; the amount of the deposit will be stated to you at the time of your booking. Depending upon the arrangements you choose, a second deposit may be payable. The due date for this second deposit will be clearly stated to you at the time of booking and will be automatically taken from the payment card used to make the first deposit.
Can I pay a deposit?
Travel Republic’s low deposit offers are available where indicated next to the specific flight or hotel in your search results, or as advised by your booking agent. The specified deposit will be required at the time of booking. The balance of the flight cost will be due 28 days from the date the booking was made. Any remaining payment will be due 14 days prior to departure. Their low deposit offers are not available on non-refundable rooms, due to the exceptional value of these rooms. Under our low deposit scheme, the balance of the accommodation cost is due 14 days prior to departure.
Can I change my flight booking?
If you wish to amend your flight booking, this will depend on the terms and conditions which apply to your particular booking. It’s possible that changes cannot be made, but in other cases airlines will allow you to make changes to your booking in accordance with their amendment charges.
To find out what changes can be made, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on the official Travel Republic website or app using your booking reference. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) advising the changes you wish to make. They will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
